Salesforce is seeking an experienced Employee Success Business Partner Director to guide senior HR leaders in shaping the workforce strategy and enterprise transformation. You will serve as a trusted advisor to VP+ executives across ESBP and HR COEs, driving strategic initiatives and leadership coaching.

This role leads talent cycles, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering measurable outcomes while navigating AI-driven change and global policies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as HR/ESBP or strategic talent adviser.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of AI impact on workforce.
• Proven change leadership using formal models to improve culture and effectiveness.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and connect people metrics to business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-trust, cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive consultant to senior leaders to shape organizational strategy, business transformation, and AI/Agent integration.
• Provide executive coaching and trusted advisory support to ES leadership across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, Agentic Talent Experience, and HR COEs.
• Lead talent cycles including succession planning, merit and compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align global strategy with local needs and manage location strategy.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor organizational health and link engagement metrics to business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of international policy shifts to advise on data sovereignty and regional talent development.
