Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic ESBP Director in Seattle to partner with senior HR and People leaders, shaping enterprise-wide talent strategy and AI/Agent integration. You will advise senior executives across ESBP, Workforce Transformation, and HR COEs, impacting talent and organizational outcomes.

You will drive leadership coaching, succession planning, and workforce strategy while leading critical talent cycles and aligning initiatives with fiscal year goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar strategic advisory role
• Ability to align talent initiatives with fiscal year goals and lead executive-level hiring strategies
• Experience leading large-scale transformations using formal change management models
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and connect people metrics to business outcomes
• Natural ability to build high-trust, collaborative relationships across diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI/Agent integration
• Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership using values-aligned approaches
• Operate as Customer Zero, testing and refining internal talent initiatives before scale
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align global strategy with local needs
• Analytics and impact measurement linking engagement data to business metrics such as revenue per employee
