Responsibilities

• Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI integration.
• Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership, aligning values with trust and innovation.
• Lead talent cycles including succession planning and merit/compensation reviews.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to align strategy with local needs.
• Use analytics to monitor organizational health and tie engagement to business metrics.
• Stay informed on global data policy shifts to guide talent development.
