Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Strategic ESBP Director to join the Employee Success team (ES4ES/HR4HR). You will partner with senior HR and People leaders shaping our workforce strategy and driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives.

As a trusted advisor to VP+ leaders, you will lead executive hiring, succession, merit reviews, and workforce planning while coordinating with Legal, Finance, and HR COEs. Your work will align with fiscal-year goals and AI-driven change.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as an HR/ES Business Partner or similar strategic talent advisory role.
Strong understanding of business operations and AI impact on the workforce.
Experience leading large-scale transformations with formal change management.
Ability to analyze datasets and link people metrics to business outcomes.
Proven ability to build high-trust relationships across diverse teams.
Alignment of experience to Salesforce values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR-for-HR partnership with senior leaders to shape organizational strategy and AI integration.
Leadership advisory and coaching to ES leadership, driving retention and outcomes.
Lead talent cycles including succession planning, merit and compensation reviews.
Collaborate across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs and manage location strategy and executive spans.
Use data-driven insights to measure organizational health and business impact.
Advise on international data sovereignty and regional talent development.
