Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Employee Success Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals in a high-growth tech environment. You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design across a large-scale portfolio.

You will lead end-to-end talent planning, drive engagement, and coach a team of ES/HR professionals while partnering with CoEs to implement scalable people initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR/ES business partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven change management and executive-facing advisory capabilities.
• Strong ability to translate talent strategy into business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in tech/engineering/product environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Shape workforce strategy, organizational design, and location strategy.
• Lead talent planning, succession, and leadership development.
• Drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Manage and develop ES/HR professionals and partner with CoEs.
