Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) Director/Senior Director to provide a full range of HR business support to our Global Professional Services organization. This hire will work closely with HRBPs, COEs and vital teams to advise, drive strategy and influence client groups on People Strategy, Equality, and organizational design.

The role partners with COEs, HRBPs and global teams to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support business needs.

Qualifications

10 years of HR Business Partner experience (Director).
Proven track record of developing effective relationships across levels.
Strong business acumen with data-driven approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in leadership development and trusted advisory roles.
Ability to partner with COEs to build equality strategies.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leaders and influence priorities.
Coach senior leaders and strengthen leadership teams.
Lead change initiatives to reshape the organization around a world-class experience.
Lead complex HR initiatives: retention, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning.
Deliver People Strategies aligned with business goals and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with COEs and regional HR teams to deliver HR programs globally.
Analyze health metrics: performance, engagement, attrition, diversity.
