Qualifications

• Experience conducting sensitive investigations in line with state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR investigations from planning to completion with neutral, timely execution.
• Provide policy interpretation to managers regarding conflict resolutions and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations/Legal and other SMEs to resolve complex Employee Relations matters.
