The role involves investigating complex cases, mitigating risk, and collaborating with the legal team to recommend compliant resolutions. The candidate will partner with senior leaders across functions and regions, handling investigations and accommodations processes as needed to maintain workplace integrity and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of U.S. employment law and related regulations.
• Minimum 6 years of direct Employee Relations experience.
• Experience managing complex, high risk, sensitive employment-related cases from intake to resolution.
• Experience supporting senior leadership across regions.

Aufgaben

• Provides advice and counsel to managers and associates on employee relations issues.
• Investigates complicated employee relations matters and recommends resolutions.
• Identifies legal/compliance risks and collaborates with the Labor & Employment Legal team.
• Partners with leadership to support performance, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
• Coordinates with Accommodation teams for ADA accommodations and workplace restrictions.
