Ladders is seeking an Employee Relations Partner for the Southeast region. This remote role focuses on investigations, advising leaders, and strengthening policy adherence across the region. You will partner with stakeholders to identify trends and drive effective people management.

Responsibilities include conducting confidential investigations, delivering training on policy compliance, and contributing to broader HR initiatives to support positive employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in dedicated Employee Relations roles.
• 4+ years leading workplace investigations.
• 3+ years in conduct and performance management.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints and policy violations
• Analyze trends and collaborate with stakeholders to address recurring issues
• Deliver training and guidance on policy compliance and Employee Relations best practices
• Advise and coach leaders on effective people strategies
• Contribute to internal HR initiatives and projects as needed
