Lancesoft in Columbus, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to advise managers and staff on a wide range of ER issues. The role involves investigating complex cases from intake to resolution and collaborating with HR and legal partners.

The ideal candidate has at least six years of direct ER experience, deep knowledge of US employment law, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of direct Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience handling high-risk, sensitive employment-related cases from intake to resolution.
  • Knowledge of US employment law, ADA, FLSA, DOL Title VII, FMLA, and USSERA.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and HRBPs.
  • Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Provide counsel to managers and associates on employee relations issues.
  • Investigate complex employee relations matters and document findings.
  • Review corrective actions and performance management records.
  • Partner with Legal and Accommodation teams on complex issues.
  • Lead or support manager effectiveness and compliance training.
  • Monitor trends and develop proactive solutions.
