Homeservices of America is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to partner with HR leaders, executives, and business leaders on employee relations, compliance, investigations, and complex employment matters across multiple states.

The role emphasizes staying current with federal, state, and local laws, shaping HR policy, and guiding cross‑functional teams to implement program and process changes while advancing best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with emphasis on employee relations and employment law.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on complex and escalated employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance on accommodations, investigations, performance issues, complaints, conflict resolution.
• Assess risk and recommend compliant solutions aligned with values and business objectives.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
