Astound is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with leaders on performance, conduct, and employee relations. The role focuses on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and on resolving workplace issues in alignment with company policy and mission.

The position leads investigations, coaches managers, and supports policy interpretation, taking independent judgment to reduce risk and improve the employee experience across a multi-state footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing complex employee relations in a multi-state business.
• Deep understanding of US state and federal employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA).
• Investigations experience in a remote/hybrid work environment.

Responsabilités

• Partners with leaders on performance management, discipline, policy interpretation, and termination processes.
• Conducts complex workplace investigations and provides recommendations to HR and leadership.
• Performs data analysis to identify trends and inform process improvements.
• Advises management on ER issues and helps develop performance improvement plans.
