Compass Senior Living is seeking an HR Manager to partner with community and organizational leaders. The role covers employee relations, leave administration, workers’ compensation, compliance, and other HR programs, reporting to the VP of HR.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience with employee relations.
• Experience in multi-site or multi-state environments preferred.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office.

• Serve as primary HR resource for community leaders on daily relations matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Guide performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Administer leaves of absence and coordinate related benefits.
• Oversee workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work plans.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies across jurisdictions.
• Manage ATS and recruitment processes with leaders.
• Support HR projects, data reporting, and process improvements.
