Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide confidential HR guidance, conduct investigations, and advise on disciplinary actions to minimize legal risk. You will collaborate with Labor Relations, Legal, and COEs to resolve complex employee relations situations.

Travel 0–10% within the region; analyze data to identify trends and support proactive solutions. Strong communication, impartiality, and independent work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, additional four (4) years of required experience.
• Five (5) years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. Intermediate.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct sensitive investigations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide policy interpretation and guidance to managers on conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations, Legal teams to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Analyze data to monitor trends and support proactive risk mitigation.
