Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide consistent HR guidance to managers and staff.

You will handle investigations, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, and compliance with laws; collaborating with Legal, Labor Relations, and HRBPs to minimize liability and improve operations. You will also monitor trends, advise on resolutions, and travel 0-10% to sites within the region, supporting a fast-paced environment and upholding Ryder's commitment to safety and fair

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Experience conducting investigations and policy interpretation.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in local HR investigations; oversee case management systems.
• Provide supervisors with policy interpretation on conflict resolutions and discipline.
• Partner with Legal, Labor Relations and HRBPs to resolve complex ER cases.
• Ensure high-quality HR support, risk mitigation, and compliance with unions as applicable.
