Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR guidance to managers and employees, resolving issues, advising on disciplinary actions, and conducting investigations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role partners with Operations Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations and Legal teams, analyzes data to monitor trends, minimizes legal risk, and helps shape proactive solutions while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, organizational management, law, or equivalent, or 4 years of experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of HR investigations.
• Oversee daily administration of concerns in ServiceNow and Navex.
• Provide policy interpretation to supervisors on conflicts, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with management, HRBPs, Labor Relations, and Legal teams.
