Job summary

Loudoun County Government seeks an Employee Learning Coordinator to organize, track, and coordinate learning and career development for DGS staff. You will manage training priorities, develop individual development plans, and partner with HR to support internal advancement.

The role requires coordinating with external partners, scheduling trainings, and maintaining the training database, with emphasis on compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Training, Education, or related field.
• Two years coordinating and implementing multiple training events in a business/work setting.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Document Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership to identify training needs and actions to upskill staff.
• Develop and implement Individual Development Plans for DGS staff.
• Collaborate with Central HR on promotion preparation assistance and resume review.
• Manage the training database, registrations, and completions.
• Prepare reports on required training, compliance, and license/certification activities.
• Coordinate department's Paid CDL Training Program and vendor scheduling.
