GFT in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This hybrid role centralizes learning administration, LMS coordination, logistics, reporting, and employee development support to enable strategic learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will manage training events, maintain learning systems, coordinate logistics, and support employee development programs, with exposure to Talent Management and HR operations for career growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management or Learning & Development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers learning programs by tracking attendance, updating LMS, managing records and preparing reports.
• Identifies training needs and supports program recommendations.
• Coordinates travel and learning program logistics including sessions, calendars, rooms, meals, and accommodations.
• Supports program execution and collects feedback to monitor training effectiveness.
• Acts as point of contact for stakeholders, responds to inquiries, triages tickets, and supports managers with learning requests.
• Supports succession management and capacity-building courses.
