Job summary

Beacon Mobility seeks a Business Development Manager to grow revenue in the Central Region. You’ll start in an SDR ramp, making outbound calls to schools and education groups, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

After ramp, you’ll own the Central Region, travel monthly for in-person visits, run discovery meetings, prepare proposals, and manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot. Base salary is $80,000 per year with a commission plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development, especially in education or transportation sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel monthly within the Central Region.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build relationships with school administrators and transportation leaders.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs with company guidelines.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in HubSpot and coordinate with Operations.
