Job summary

You will recruit, coach, and manage a team of regional consultants, delivering content development and training across multiple products.

Responsibilities include annual PD planning, pilot programs, district support, and presenting to clients. Travel up to 50-60% may be required; strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with higher education preferred.
• Experience in professional development for educators or similar field.
• Ability to design and deliver adult learning experiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual PD plan with the PD management team.
• Recruit, coach, and manage regional consultants and per diems.
• Create sales presentations and implement trainings for clients.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to direct reports.
