Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a dynamic Account Manager in Colorado, USA to grow revenue with existing partners and drive regional sales targets. You will collaborate with ed2go teams and internal partners to deliver solutions, forecast revenue, and manage relationships.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 2+ years in B2B sales and channel marketing, and strong communication and Salesforce proficiency. On-site position with travel to key accounts and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of inside B2B sales experience.
• 2 years of channel sales marketing experience preferred.
• Proven track record of territorial development and growth.
• Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Above average digital literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily partner support by responding to new sales leads and existing partner requests.
• Keep the Portfolio and Marketing Managers updated regarding identified market needs and trends.
• Maintain Salesforce data entry and integrity, and generate accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with business development managers to target and exceed regional sales goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth and connect partners with workforce boards and funding sources.
• Develop an account management plan for the region and review with leadership.
• Lead partner business reviews to increase territory revenue.
• Identify selling opportunities and work with channel partners to position ed2go programs.
• Travel to key accounts and attend national conferences as required.
