Job summary

Cengage is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth within a defined geographic region. You will support existing partners, manage accounts, and collaborate with ed2go, Workforce and Marketing teams to reach revenue goals across product lines.

You will maintain Salesforce records, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities with partners and funding sources. Occasional travel to key accounts and conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of inside B2B sales experience.
• 2 years of channel sales/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily partner support by responding to new sales leads and partner inquiries.
• Maintain Salesforce data entry and generate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with business development to exceed regional sales goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and connect partners with funding sources.
• Lead account plans and conduct partner business reviews.
