Fieldguide, a remote-first startup, seeks a senior executive assistant to support the CTO and VP of Product, ensuring their time is optimized for strategic priorities. The role spans engineering, product and design, coordinating calendars, travel, meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

You will partner with executives, manage communications, prepare materials, and help automate EA processes using AI tools to improve efficiency and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior leaders in fast-paced tech startups.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills across all levels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage CTO and VP of Product calendars and travel with proactive prioritization.
• Prepare materials for meetings, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Coordinate cross-functional EPD initiatives with engineering, product and design.
• Plan logistics for All Hands and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Liaise with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure alignment.
