Viz.ai is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support 3+ senior executives on a fast-moving leadership team, remote in the US. This is a strategic role focused on protecting executives’ time and enabling fast decision-making.

You will partner with the other Executive Assistants and the People Team while coordinating calendars, travel, notes, and follow-ups. The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting more than one C-level executive or VP.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities for multiple executives at once.
• AI fluency in daily work using tools like Claude and ChatGPT to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own complex calendars and prioritize time across executives.
• Plan domestic and international travel to hospitals and partners.
• Join meetings to capture notes and action items and follow up until closure.
• Track priorities, commitments, and deadlines and surface risks.
• Prepare materials using Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and memos.
