BioRender is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CTO, coordinating calendar, travel, and meeting logistics. You will drive follow-through on key initiatives and action items to keep leadership aligned and moving forward.

The role is remote-first, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of EA experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment and experience supporting CTOs.

Formación

• 3–5+ years as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Experience supporting CTO or EPD executives preferred.
