The Executive Assistant will partner with the CTO and VP of Product to keep leaders focused on top priorities, manage complex schedules, coordinate travel for customer visits, and prepare for key meetings in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in high-growth environments.
• Master of details with exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools to streamline EA processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars with foresight and coordinate travel for customer and prospect visits.
• Prioritize and prepare leaders for meetings, including customer meetings, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
• Lead logistics for sales and customer success offsites and cross-functional EPD initiatives.
