Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department. You will oversee order intake, labeling, and staff scheduling, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

You will act as in-charge when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable and help drive process improvements. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members are adhering to laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as in-charge of the e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates' needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types.
