Qualifications

• MINIMUM: Proven supervisory experience.
• MINIMUM: Ability to read shelf tags.
• MINIMUM: Basic knowledge of computers.
• MINIMUM: Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• MINIMUM: Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• MINIMUM: Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as supervisor in the Store e-Commerce department when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels for orders, including perishable items.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, item location, temps to manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division or enterprise team.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and annual reviews.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and resolve conflicts constructively.
