Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Category Manager in the US to scale a book of enterprise partners and drive topline revenue for our US Commerce business. You will work with brands, creators, and distributors to build a thriving e-commerce ecosystem on TikTok Shop.

With 3+ years of ecommerce experience and a proven track record in delivering sales and GMV goals, you will collaborate across functions to offer strategic content, operations, and merchandising solutions to sellers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in ecommerce business
• Track record of delivering and exceeding sales or GMV goals
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes

Responsibilities

• Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth
• Discover innovative collaborative models aligning to merchant plans and invest platform resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve growth challenges
• Offer strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistics solutions to sellers
• Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and promotions to drive adoption
