• Strong ownership and results‑oriented mindset; problem-solver who can collaborate across teams to drive projects to execution and deliver impact.

Responsibilities

• Understand global e-commerce and identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.
• Develop and optimize industry operating mechanisms to drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead merchant, assortment and content initiatives to increase GMV and supply quality.
• Enable industry teams by improving capabilities in merchant growth and resource use.
