The role focuses on growing e-commerce accounts, developing strategic plans, onboarding new customers, and delivering quarterly and annual targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience with e-commerce accounts.
• Track record in account management or business development.
• Experience in veterinary or animal health industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow key e-commerce accounts and drive sales growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts and optimise listings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver market-leading customer experiences.
• Lead new line & range development for e-commerce customers from opportunities to launch.
• Report performance, budgets and initiatives to senior management.
