Job summary

Archmere Academy in Delaware seeks a Database & Prospect Manager to ensure the health and integrity of the Raiser's Edge database and to proactively research key constituents for senior leaders. You will manage gifts and pledges, process transactions, and support finance reconciliations.

The role emphasizes donor research, prospect management, timely acknowledgments, and collaboration with the Development team to maintain data quality and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of direct Raiser's Edge experience.
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and best practices.
• Experience with donor research tools such as Wealth Engine.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Office suite expertise.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Database Management: Accurate entry/recording of gifts to annual, capital, and planned giving programs; multi-year pledge management, reporting, and follow-up; processing credit card transactions and electronic transfers; serve as point person for finance office reconciliations; appropriate and timely acknowledgement of gifts (48-hour response); maintain and update biographical and demographic information; create lists for mailings, event invitations, and donor visits; work with the Director of Advancement to create and execute database policies and best practices.
