Job summary

Pinellas Education Foundation seeks a Database Specialist to manage the donor and development database, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and secure data stewardship. You will support gift processing, reporting, and data analysis to bolster fundraising operations.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will optimize CRM workflows, perform audits, and provide staff training while collaborating with teams on events and fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and Raiser’s Edge is preferred.
• Experience with gift processing, reporting, financial reconciliation, or related administrative operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the donor and development database with accuracy and data governance.
• Oversee gift processing, donor records, online giving, event data management, and related operations.
• Configure Raiser's Edge/CRM system, manage workflows and user access.
• Perform regular audits and data maintenance to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Develop and document database procedures, workflows, and best practices.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support fundraising, campaigns, events, and decisions.
• Support prospect research, donor insights, and development initiatives.
