Job summary

Share Our Strength is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM Administration to lead the CRM Data Management team and own Raiser's Edge. You will manage ticket triage, oversee data and platform enhancements, and coordinate with fundraising and IT partners to deliver reliable system support.

You will guide data governance, supervise staff, and drive process improvements while maintaining a high standard of service to enable the Revenue Development and Growth teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Development Operations or related technical experience with increasing responsibilities and team management.
• Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge; Raiser’s Edge NXT Certification preferred.
• Experience with Omatic Cloud integration and data flows.
• Familiarity with Chariot gift processing platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Knowledge of fundraising strategies and development operations.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM data management team, triage requests, and ensure timely delivery for fundraising needs.
• Serve as technical product owner for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and oversee data and functionality.
• Oversee integrations with Omatic Cloud, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Develop documentation and training materials for end users and stakeholders.
• Provide dashboards and reporting for leadership and fundraising teams.
• Act as backup CRM administrator and mentor for staff.
