KIHOMAC is seeking a Senior Government Capture Leader to drive large federal opportunities from early identification through proposal submission and award. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop capture plans, and engage DoD offices to shape requirements and win strategies.
Candidates should have 15+ years in federal contracting, strong DoD budgeting and acquisition knowledge, and a track record of leading multi-year captures.
