KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a strategic Capture Leader to drive high-value Federal Government opportunities from early identification through proposal submission and contract award.

You will develop and execute comprehensive capture plans, including customer engagement, acquisition strategy, pricing, and teaming, while leading cross-functional teams across Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Contracts, and Finance.

Formación

• 15+ years of Federal Government contracting and defense acquisition experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional capture initiatives from identification through proposal submission and contract award.
• Develop and execute comprehensive capture plans including customer engagement, strategy, teaming, pricing, and win strategies.
• Establish capture objectives, milestones, resources, and measurable actions to improve competitiveness.
• Lead multi-year capture campaigns for major defense programs and strategic opportunities.
• Assess maturity, readiness, and probability of win to guide investment decisions.
• Identify and close gaps in customer intimacy, past performance, teaming, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain accountability for capture strategy across opportunities and recommend Go/No-Go actions.
• Ensure capture activities position the company favorably before solicitations are released.
