Job summary
KIHOMAC is seeking a Senior Government Capture Leader to identify and shape DoD opportunities, lead high-value capture campaigns from qualification to award, and align acquisition strategies with customer needs in support of national defense programs. You will build cross-functional teams, craft win strategies, manage pricing, teaming, and executive reviews, and drive proactive customer engagement.
Must have 15+ years defense experience and budgeting familiarity to operate strategically with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline; DAW/GAU training preferred.
- 15+ years of DoD contracts, defense acquisition, or strategic capture management experience.
- Experience leading large, complex federal captures and engaging government customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value Federal Government opportunities.
- Develop multi-year capture plans with win strategies and pricing.
- Lead executive gate reviews and cross-functional teams.
