Job summary

KIHOMAC seeks an experienced Government Capture Leader to identify and qualify major DoD opportunities, shaping requirements and engagement strategies to improve competitive positioning.

You will lead cross-functional teams from early qualification through proposal submission, coordinating with senior stakeholders to optimize win potential and drive long-term growth for government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Government Acquisition, or related discipline.
• DAU training or comparable Government acquisition experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-value Federal Government opportunities and develop strategic capture plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to shape opportunities, engage stakeholders, and position for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Develop customer engagement and competitive strategies to improve PWIN and win probabilities.
• Provide executive gate reviews and strategic intelligence to corporate leadership.
