Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned leader to become a trusted adviser to senior Army and National Guard leadership. The role focuses on bridging Motorola’s advanced tech portfolio with DoD requirements, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging deep defense industry experience to capture large opportunities.

The position requires extensive DoD, Army, and National Guard familiarity, with responsibilities spanning policy shaping, budgeting, and strategic program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of sales/public safety/military experience.
• OR 15+ years of sales/public safety/military experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships at SES, Adjutant General, and General Officer levels.
• Shape customer understanding of policy, budgeting, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify multi-million-dollar opportunities within the Army and National Guard.
• Articulate Motorola's value and future capabilities to Army leadership.
• Allocate internal resources and collaborate with external partners for key accounts.
