Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of sales/public safety/military experience or 15+ years of combined experience.
• Proven track record engaging senior DoD and National Guard leadership.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with SES, Adjutant General, and General Officers.
• Shape customer requirements, budgets, and future DoD capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify multi-million dollar opportunities in Army and National Guard.
