Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned leader to serve as a trusted adviser between our advanced technology portfolio and U.S. Army and National Guard requirements.

You will manage high-level relationships, shape policy and funding discussions, and orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams to pursue multi-million dollar opportunities in land mobile radio, C2, and public safety IT. Travel up to 50% across the territory, including DC, MD, VA, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years sales/public safety/military experience (or 15+ years).
• DoD/NGB and Army/National Guard engagement experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communications to influence senior DoD decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with SES, Adjutant General, and General Officer levels.
• Shape customer understanding of policy, budgeting, and DoD operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify multi-million dollar Army and National Guard opportunities.
• Articulate Motorola's value and strategies to senior Army leadership.
• Allocate resources and collaborate with partners to meet Army and Guard needs.
• Expand into new active, reserve, and guard segments with clear value propositions.
• Oversee service implementations for ACE, CAD, NG911, and MWN.
• Mentor AEs and reseller networks to advance Army goals.
