Motorola Solutions, including its Silvus Technologies division, seeks a Director of Business Development, U.S. Army, to own multi-year capture efforts and shape requirements with end users, primes, and PM offices.

You will lead cross-functional pursuit teams and align strategy with market and funding priorities while engaging with Army leadership and government partners. You will develop deep relationships with Army Acquisition offices, prime contractors, and OEMs to win complex DoD programs,

Competenze

• Experience capturing DoD programs (Programs of Record).
• Strong networking with Army Acquisition, prime contractors, and program offices.
• Ability to lead all capture phases: whitepapers, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and teaming.

Mansioni

• Own and drive the capture process for large-scale US Army programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with buying influences across stakeholders.
• Shape requirements with customers to position Silvus MN-MIMO technology.
• Manage lifecycle of long-cycle pursuits from identification to award.
• Collaborate with MDE and Account Sales for program transitions.
• Stay informed on market trends and funding priorities.
