Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a senior leader to bridge advanced tech with U.S. Army and National Guard requirements.

You will manage executive relationships, guide multi-year DoD programs, and drive service deployments across LMR/CAD/NG911 while coordinating across government and contractor networks. The role requires 10+ years in sales/public safety/military plus DoD leadership experience, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of sales, public safety, or military experience (or 15+ years total).
• Experience engaging senior DoD and government stakeholders.
• Proven track record in high-level business development or DoD programs.
• Strong budgeting, procurement, and funding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with SES and General Officer levels.
• Shape customer understanding of policy, budgeting, and operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify multi-million dollar opportunities.
• Articulate Motorola's strategy and value to Army and National Guard leadership.
• Oversee service quotes for Army CONUS Enterprise networks and future tech.
