Groundmasters Landscape Services LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive direct sales within the Denver district and build strong client relationships. You will prospect, qualify needs, and position landscape, snow and related services to meet client goals.

The role requires strong communication, CRM usage, and collaboration with leadership to exceed revenue targets while managing bids and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities are required.
• Experience with CRM systems and bid processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sales within the assigned district and develop new leads.
• Understand customer needs and position services effectively.
• Collaborate with GM, Operations, and Sales leadership to meet targets.
• Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction levels.
• Utilize CRM to track current and potential customers and bids.
