The role focuses on expanding market share through new commercial clients in landscape maintenance and snow removal, while coordinating with marketing and operations. The position requires strong sales skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to develop strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Requires strong sales drive and ability to build client relationships.
• Experience with pricing, bids, and RFPs for commercial landscaping or related services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume direct sales responsibility within assigned geography focusing on acquiring new commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal clients.
• Collect intelligence on pricing, sales, competition, current and prospective clients, and industry trends.
• Partner with Marketing to update sales tools and promotional materials.
• Create and present strategic sales plans to meet GroundMasters goals.
• Develop new customer leads using ZoomInfo and CoStar; manage pipeline and CRM entries.
