JIE USA, INC. seeks a District Sales Manager to drive profitable growth for Mechanical Power Transmission products in the Columbus, OH region. You will manage OEM accounts and develop distributor channels, delivering technical solutions and favorable commercial terms.
The role requires strong technical sales experience, relationship-building, and travel across the territory to support customers and partners.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
- 5-10+ years of industrial B2B sales experience.
- Proven success selling through both OEMs and industrial distribution.
- Experience with gearbox, gearmotor, power transmission components, or related products.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute regional OEM sales strategies and manage key OEM accounts.
- Grow distributor and channel partner network through joint calls, training, and business planning.
- Lead pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with engineering for application-specific solutions and sizing support.
- Forecast opportunities and manage CRM-based pipeline accuracy.
