Tailored Shared Services, LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple store locations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring operations. You will build high-performing teams, set strategic priorities, and drive financial results while delivering a Legendary customer experience.

This role requires travel, a strong leadership background, and experience turning data into actions that boost store performance.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales and financial data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
