Tailored Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager for the Midwest based in the Chicago area. You will lead multiple-store operations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring, building high-performing teams and delivering a Legendary customer experience.

You will set regional strategy, drive sales and profitability, oversee budgets, and coach store managers. This role requires strong leadership, analytics, and travel readiness to support stores across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience successfully leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales, financial data and store analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple-store operations and drive regional performance.
