Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple-store locations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring. The DM will build high-performing store teams in partnership with Store Managers and report to the Regional Manager, based in Lansing or Grand Rapids.

The role focuses on achieving strategic results, driving profitability, and creating a Legendary customer experience through strong leadership and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Sets clear expectations for store leadership and holds teams accountable to drive results.
• Develops and implements district/ region strategy to maximize sales and drive performance.
• Manages district budgets effectively.
• Leads store teams to manage local marketing events and business outreach opportunities.
• Travels to stores as required.
