Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple store locations across Retail, Rental, Custom and Tailoring. You will build high-performing store teams, drive district sales, and ensure a legendary customer experience in Lansing or Grand Rapids.

You will coach Store Managers, analyze performance data, manage budgets, and lead regional initiatives to maximize growth while maintaining an inclusive, performance‑driven culture. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience successfully leading, managing, and developing retail teams or equivalent.
• Must have strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Sets clear expectations for store leadership and holds teams accountable to drive results.
• Develops and implements district/region strategy to maximize sales and drive consistent performance.
• Manages store and district budgets effectively.
• Leads store teams to manage local marketing events and business outreach opportunities.
• Provides strategic oversight and guides teams to identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Creates an inclusive work environment and fosters learning and development.
